1. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old to use Gemineye for dating, networking, or social interactions.

Keep your login credentials secure
Use the App only for lawful and respectful communication
Gemineye may suspend accounts that violate these Terms.
3. Subscription & Payment
Gemineye offers monthly and annual subscriptions that unlock premium features.
You agree that:
Purchases are processed through Apple
Subscriptions auto-renew
Cancellations must be done through your Apple ID settings
All fees are non-refundable except as required by law

Gemineye App (“Gemineye,” “the App,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) respects your privacy and is committed to protecting your personal information. This Privacy Policy describes how we collect, use, disclose, and safeguard your information when you use the Gemineye mobile application and related services.
By downloading, installing, or using the App, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to the terms of this Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, you must discontinue use of the App.
1. Information We Collect
We collect information to provide, operate, and improve the App and its features.
a. Information You Provide Directly
Account Information: Name, email address, phone number, gender, date of birth, and profile photo.
Connection Preferences: Types of connections you seek (friendship, business, romantic, etc.).
User Content: Messages, photos, responses to conversation cards, and other content you upload or communicate through the App.
b. Information Collected Automatically
Device Information: Device model, operating system version, unique device identifiers (such as IDFV), IP address, and language settings.
